"… to be used for nature study and as a preserve for birds and other wildlife."- Carmen Hambleton Warner
The woodlands are filled with a variety of beautiful spring wildflowers including violets, trillium and orchids. Join a naturalist for a leisurely hike as we explore the beauty, folklore and medicinal uses of our native Ohio wildflowers. Other topics of natural history of interest may be discussed along the way.
Wildflower walks are typically between a half mile to a mile in length and last 90 to 120 minutes. Ages 12 and up please. Meet at the Nature Center.
